FalconBridge Capital Ranked as a Top‐25 Advisor to Specialty Finance Companies
Dallas, Texas May 18, 2009 – FalconBridge Capital Markets, LLC was recently ranked as one of the top 25 global corporate finance advisors to specialty finance companies according to the SNL Financial Institutions Deal Book. Based on the number of advisory assignments completed by FalconBridge, the firm ranked 17th among all investment banks in the rankings. When measured based upon total transaction dollar volume, the firm came in at number 23. The rankings reflect merger and acquisition advisory assignments for transactions completed during 2008 in the consumer, commercial, and mortgage finance sectors (including asset sales).
